Townhouses & Stratas

The Rep-Air Community Comfort Program

One trusted partner. Every step handled. Every homeowner supported.

Heat Pumps for Multi-Family Communities

Upgrading a whole community is different from upgrading one house

In a townhouse or strata community, a heat pump project involves more than equipment. Council needs to understand the plan, the electrical service has to support it, permits need to be in place, and the finished installs should look consistent across the complex.

The Community Comfort Program makes that easier. Rep-Air works with the community from the first walkthrough through installation and ongoing support, so owners and council deal with one trusted partner instead of coordinating the pieces themselves.

Community Comfort Assessment™

The first step is a free, no-obligation assessment for your community:

  • Community walkthrough
  • System and electrical review
  • Preliminary recommendations
  • Rebate and easy-pay options discussion

Questions from councils and owners

Who is the Community Comfort Program for?

Townhouse complexes, strata communities, and other multi-family residential communities in the Fraser Valley that want to upgrade heating and cooling, most often to heat pumps, in a coordinated way.

What does the Community Comfort Assessment include?

A community walkthrough, a review of existing systems and electrical, preliminary recommendations, a discussion of rebate and easy-pay options, time for questions, and a roadmap of next steps. It is free and there is no obligation.

Does every homeowner have to install at the same time?

No. The program is built around the community, but each home's situation is different. We coordinate the project so homeowners who move forward are supported, and the plan keeps the look and the electrical approach consistent across the complex.

Are rebates available for strata heat pump projects?

Often, yes. Every FortisBC or CleanBC rebate a homeowner qualifies for will be applied to the quote by us, and we help through every step of the application process.
