What can I finance? +
Anything we quote: a furnace, heat pump, air conditioner, boiler, tankless or tank water heater, ductwork, an electrical panel upgrade, indoor air quality equipment, and the labour and permits that go with it. Amounts run from $1,000 to $100,000, so most repairs qualify too, not just full replacements.
Who qualifies? +
Financeit lends to Canadian homeowners and renters based on your credit and income, the equipment is not collateral, so there is no lien on your home. Approval is theirs to give, not ours, and it is subject to a credit check when you complete the full application.
How long does approval take? +
Pre-qualification takes seconds and does not affect your credit score. A full credit decision comes back inside the application form, usually the same session. Same-day approval means we can often book the install before we leave your driveway.
What will it cost me monthly? +
You choose the amortization, up to 240 months, and whether payments come out monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly. Standard interest rates run 13.99%–16.99% on approved credit. Financeit's application page has a calculator so you can try purchase amounts and terms before you commit.
Can I pay it off early? +
