These terms govern your use of the Rep-Air Heating and Cooling website and the requests you send through it. "We" and "us" means Rep-Air Heating and Cooling, 32929 Mission Way #4, Mission, BC V2V 6E4. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The Short Version

• The site gives general information. Your actual job is set by the written quote or work order you approve.
• Prices, savings and rebates shown on the site are estimates until we confirm them in writing.
• The site is provided as-is, and our liability for the site itself is limited.
• British Columbia law applies. If we cannot sort out a concern together, it can go to the Civil Resolution Tribunal or the courts of British Columbia.

Who Can Use the Site

You must be at least 19 years old (the age of majority in British Columbia) and able to enter into a binding contract to request service through this site. If you request service for a property, you confirm that you own it or have the owner's permission.

Our Services

We provide heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical and indoor air quality services to homes in Mission, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Langley, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam and their neighbourhoods. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Sending a request through this site, by phone or by text is not a confirmed appointment until we contact you to confirm it.

Quotes, Prices and Estimates

Prices, savings figures, rebate amounts, financing examples and cost guides on this site are general estimates for information only. They are not offers and do not bind us. Your price is set by the written quote or work order you approve before work begins, and that document, together with any warranty or maintenance plan terms we give you, governs the work. A service-call fee applies to repair visits; we tell you the amount when you book. Estimates for new systems are free.

Government and utility rebates are set and paid by their programs, which can change or end without notice. We help you apply but cannot guarantee that you will qualify or be paid.

Payments and Financing

Payment is due as set out on your quote or invoice. This website does not collect payment card details. Financing is offered by our third-party financing partner, Financeit, subject to its own approval, terms and privacy policy; we do not make credit decisions.

Warranties and Guarantees

Our workmanship and equipment warranties, including our No Lemon Guarantee, are described on our Warranty page and in the written warranty documents you receive with your job. Those documents set out exactly what is covered. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not by us.

Promotions and Referral Rewards

Promotions, coupons and referral rewards are subject to the terms shown with each offer, cannot be combined unless the offer says so, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time, but we will honour an offer you have already redeemed.

The content, logo, photos and design of this site belong to Rep-Air Heating and Cooling or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, reuse or republish them for any other purpose without our written permission.

This site links to and embeds services run by others, such as our financing partner, maps, review sites and social media. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or services.

No Warranty for the Site

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties and conditions about the website, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee any particular result, savings or energy performance from information on the site. This section does not limit the warranties in your written job documents or any rights you have by law that cannot be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the website, and our total liability for any claim about the website is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CA$100). Liability for work we perform at your home is governed by your written quote, work order and warranty, not by this section. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Resolving Disputes

If we cannot resolve it, either of us may bring a claim in the Civil Resolution Tribunal or Small Claims Court if it is within their limits, or otherwise in the courts of British Columbia. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under British Columbia's Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction.

Privacy

How we collect, use and protect your personal information, and the choices you have, is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You can manage cookies, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, at any time through Your Privacy Choices (Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information).

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later. These terms, our Privacy Policy and any written quote, work order or warranty for your job are the whole agreement about the website. We may suspend or end access to the site at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version posted when you use the site applies.
