Justin McIntyre

Justin started Rep-Air with nothing but a toolbox, a Red Seal ticket, and a drive to build something real. Now as Founder and CEO, with over 15 years of hands-on heating, cooling, and refrigeration experience, he's just as comfortable on a rooftop as he is in a business meeting.

Before building Rep-Air into the company it is today, he spent years in the field troubleshooting, repairing, and installing systems for homes and businesses across BC. Known for his straightforward, solutions-first approach, Justin takes pride in helping customers understand their options and choose the system that's the best long-term fit.

A devoted husband and father of two, Justin is solutions-focused and always thinking ten steps ahead to keep Rep-Air moving forward. When he's not leading the business, you'll find him camping with his family or training his working dog.
