Marek joins Rep-Air with a strong background in strategic sales leadership, customer engagement, and team building across the construction and mechanical industries. Reporting to Vice President Trish Hudson, he's focused on expanding our impact across the Fraser Valley and beyond.

His focus areas include sales process development and performance tracking, building a dynamic and accountable sales team, creating sales tools and training systems that scale, and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.

What sets Marek apart is his mindset; he's not just here to grow numbers, he's here to grow people. With two young kids at home and a deep love for dogs, he understands the importance of building a business that balances performance with purpose.
