With 35 years of leadership experience (including 25 in sales, 15 in operations, and 10 in marketing) she's all about building strong teams, streamlining systems, and creating a place where people love to work and customers love to call.

At Rep-Air, Trish focuses on driving profitable revenue growth, building a united and goal-driven team, fostering a culture of curious learning, and ensuring customer excellence at every touchpoint. Her leadership style: fair, firm, and friendly.

Outside of work, you'll often find her with her dog Lytton (our unofficial office mascot), meandering through the forest, enjoying live music, or sharing a great meal with friends who feel like family.
