Avi is a results-driven professional with a strong background in customer-facing sales, operations, and business management. Before joining the HVAC industry, he spent more than 10 years managing and growing multi-location restaurant operations, where he oversaw sales performance, customer experience, team leadership, and day-to-day operations. That experience shaped his belief in clear communication, accountability, and delivering consistent results.
What drew Avi to the HVAC industry was the opportunity to help homeowners make informed decisions about systems that directly impact their comfort, safety, and long-term costs. He takes a consultative, education-first approach—listening closely to homeowners, understanding their needs, and recommending solutions that genuinely make sense for their home and budget.
Avi is especially passionate about helping customers understand available government rebates and energy-efficiency programs, ensuring they don’t miss out on valuable savings. His goal is to make the process simple, transparent, and completely pressure-free.
He believes trust is earned through honesty, follow-through, and respect. Whether working with homeowners in-store, over the phone, or in person, Avi focuses on building long-term relationships and delivering real value.
Outside of work, Avi enjoys spending time with his family and his high school sweetheart, now his wife. A lifelong traveler, he’s been fortunate to visit nearly every country in the world and experience the diverse cultures that continue to shape his perspective today.
