Mandy Vandommelen
Mandy is Rep-Air’s Customer Service Representative and a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in human resources, administrative management, and customer service. She’s passionate about creating positive experiences for both customers and team members, guided by a belief in Maya Angelou’s words: “People will never forget how you made them feel.”
With a people-first approach, Mandy brings together organization, empathy, and efficiency to support clear communication and thoughtful processes. She believes that strong internal systems lead to better service and takes pride in helping teams deliver consistent, professional, and genuinely human-centered experiences.
Mandy is known for turning the “have to’s” into the “get to’s,” approaching her work with integrity, accountability, and follow-through and, of course, plenty of coffee.
Outside of work, Mandy enjoys yoga, Reiki, kayaking, hiking, and exploring the natural beauty of British Columbia. She’s also a proud mom to three fur babies.
