Naomi Baker

Naomi believes that great service isn’t just about meeting expectations, it’s about truly amazing people. Inspired by Les Brown’s philosophy of going beyond what’s expected, she strives to create memorable, high-quality experiences in every interaction.

Outside of work, Naomi is an outdoor enthusiast who loves hiking and spending time near the ocean. She’s the proud dog mom of Chaka, whom she adopted from a crowded shelter in Los Angeles. Her love for nature took her to Newfoundland, where she spent three years before recently relocating to the West Coast.

Naomi is also a singer-songwriter who performs her own music, using creativity as a way to connect more deeply with others and support her personal and spiritual growth. In addition, she is currently training as a private pilot, a pursuit that has strengthened her mindset, discipline, and decision-making skills, qualities she brings with her every day as a Brand Ambassador at Rep-Air Heating and Cooling.
