Sanjay has been in the trade for over 30 years and loves passing on his knowledge to apprentices. He is the one we have tasked to oversee all our technicians as his attention to detail is best in show! He grew up in Suriname, South America, and speaks five languages, a skill that helps him connect with all kinds of customers while making their homes more comfortable.

Married for 28 years with two daughters, he enjoys photography, watching sports, and fishing in his spare time. His favorite foods are Chinese and Caribbean dishes, and he’s always happy to chat with our customers while in their homes, sharing what he does is a true passion of his.

With over 30 years in the HVAC trade, Sanjay has seen, and solved, just about every challenge in the field. What truly sets him apart is his passion for mentorship. He loves passing his knowledge to apprentices, ensuring the next generation of technicians is prepared to deliver the same level of quality and care Rep-Air is known for.

That dedication to excellence is why Sanjay oversees all our technicians today. His attention to detail is unmatched, making him the perfect leader to guide projects, uphold standards, and make sure every customer receives top-notch service.

Sanjay grew up in Suriname, South America, and speaks five languages, a unique skill that allows him to connect easily with customers from all walks of life. Whether explaining technical details in a way that makes sense or simply sharing a friendly conversation, Sanjay brings warmth and understanding to every interaction.

Outside of work, Sanjay is a devoted husband of 28 years and a proud father of two daughters. In his free time, you’ll find him behind a camera lens, watching sports, or fishing. And if you’re ever looking for a restaurant recommendation, ask him about his favorite cuisines, Chinese and Caribbean dishes always top the list.
