It was a pleasure to meet Justin and team. DEZ in sales reached out initially, a source I trusted as I've known him for years. The complimentary quote for a new fireplace insert to the front room and solving a problem with my older Valor needing a thermostat control remote, which was deemed unavailable by another company's receptionist.  This team is here for your best interest, not pushing products just to make a sale.  Couldn't feel more confident to recommend Rep-Air Heating.

Marek and Justin were great at explaining everything and our options to choose from!  I’ve been trying to convince my wife for 3 years to upgrade. They did it thoroughly in 45 mins. Alex the installer  deserves a raise for allowing my wife to video a 6 min video explaining the system when I couldn’t be home. Wow!  What amazing service from Rep-Air.  Once my furnace service was booked, there was regular communication from the company prior to two techs arriving to my house, including real time tracking so I knew exactly when they would arrive.  I got an honest assessment of my furnace with no unnecessary services pushed.  Justin and Marek were very friendly and very professional.  Rep-Air will definitely be putting in my next heating system.

Justin and Marek came by to see if it was cost effective for me to pull out my furnace and a/c unit for a heat pump. They were completely honest and told me it would be a good chunk of money. So it was decided that I instead it would be better to do some work on my airflow and ducting for me to have the results that I am looking for. I am saving a good portion of money. The guys are awesome.

When the company responsible for our heating and cooling warranties abandoned us, the people at Rep-Air went above and beyond to help us out. Colin seemingly took permanent residence in front of our heat pump working on the cooling problems while Chantal was on the phone coordinating with us. Eventually Trish got involved and liaised directly with the manufacturer on our behalf and somehow convinced them to send a company rep to our property to resolve the issue. If not for their assistance, I believe we would still be boiling in the summer and freezing in the winter. Would highly recommend this company.

Our furnace broke over the holidays and they came and fixed it within 2 days. Truly amazing. Super professional, made great recommendations and were honest with their pricing. We had Justin come out and take a look and then Shahin and Brayden did installation and every member of the team we interacted with were awesome.

It took several days but boy were they on the ball. And to top it all off they also hauled away all the old broken down stuff and cleaned up after themselves, BONUS! Thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart. Your sign is proudly displayed out front of my house and it will stay there until some unforseen mishap knocks it down.

Happy to rave about the fantastic service we recieved today. Very thorough, impressed by his explanation of services provided and to my surprise , took pictures along the way. Now I can show my husband that we didn't get scammed lol Colin is every heart a professional, felt like he belonged to the household. Rep Air helped troubleshoot a complex fault with my AC system. The technicial (Sanjay) sourced replacement parts to fix the problem in record time. Very pleased with their services. Sanjay was awesome

Rep-air returned my call shortly after leaving a message and had me set up with an appointment very quickly. The technician that came (Colin R.) was very knowledgeable and had a lot of experience. He answered all my questions and was very personable. The customer service I received was unmatched. He went above and beyond. I will definitely be using Rep-air in the future.

I just had a new Dual heating system installed by Rep-Air at my house. Justin, Colin, and Sumit did an amazing job from start to finish! They truly are a very professional and courteous team. Justin spent good amount of time walking me through my HVAC system  being new to a gas run system in an older home I found the information very good have .All around positive experience.

Recently had to replace my hot water tank and Colin from Rep Ar Heating and cooling showed up early and was so polite and explained each steps of what he was doing and why. Just got the ac furnace - July of 22.  Using it for the 3rd season. Their tech came to do the annual maintainence and says parts are rusted and something needs to be replaced already. Not too happy about this. It’s an American Standard
