‍Chantelle Mcintyre has been with Rep-Air for over three years and loves that every day brings something new. With 15 years in customer service, she’s passionate about making people feel comfortable and takes pride in showing customers the extra steps Rep-Air takes to truly care for them.

She comes from a big blended family with two siblings and three step-siblings, which keeps life full of laughs and one day she hopes to have a family of her own. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, working out, and relaxing with a good glass of wine. As a former professional makeup artist, she still has a love for beauty, travel, and experiencing new things.

When you call Rep-Air Heating & Cooling, there’s a good chance the cheerful, helpful voice on the other end belongs to Chantelle McIntyre our Customer Service Specialist who’s been keeping things running smoothly (and warmly!) for more than three years.

With over 15 years of experience in customer service, Chantelle brings professionalism, empathy, and a genuine love for people to every interaction. For her, it’s not just about booking appointments or managing schedules, it’s about making each customer feel heard, cared for, and confident that they’re in good hands.

“I love that every day brings something new,” Chantelle says. “Whether it’s helping someone who’s suddenly without heat or answering questions for a first-time homeowner, I always want people to know they can count on us.”

Her passion for service and attention to detail are matched only by her warmth. She takes pride in representing the Rep-Air difference, those “extra steps” that turn first-time callers into long-term customers.

Chantelle’s people-first attitude comes naturally. Growing up in a big blended family with two siblings and three step-siblings, she’s used to staying calm, communicative, and keeping things light with plenty of laughter. One day, she hopes to have a family of her own and she brings that same sense of care and connection to her work every day.

When she’s off the clock, Chantelle enjoys spending time with family, working out, and winding down with a good glass of wine. A former professional makeup artist, she still carries a love for beauty, travel, and trying new experiences wherever she goes.
