Gavin Lamers
Gavin is one of Rep-Air’s newest apprentices and brings an eagerness to learn and a love for hands-on work to every job. With seven siblings, he’s no stranger to teamwork, or a bit of chaos, which makes him a natural fit for our fast-paced environment.
He enjoys being outdoors, driving around, and exploring new places in his free time, but when he’s on the job, he’s all about learning the trade from the ground up. Gavin says he’s “excited to learn everything,” but especially looks forward to getting more experience on the service side of HVAC.
He’s already made an impression with his great attitude and appreciation for the team, saying that “everyone’s been super welcoming and kind” and that “it’s a great environment to learn in, hardworking but still fun.”
Meet Gavin: Our New Apprentice at Rep-Air Heating & Cooling
We’re excited to welcome Gavin, our newest apprentice technician, to the Rep-Air Heating & Cooling team!
From the moment he joined, Gavin’s enthusiasm and positive energy have been a perfect fit for our crew. He’s the kind of person who thrives on movement, challenge, and learning something new every day, qualities that make him a natural in the HVAC trade.
“I love hands-on work and learning new things. Sitting still isn’t really my thing,” Gavin says with a laugh.
With seven siblings, he’s used to working as part of a team (and handling a little chaos along the way). That team mindset is something he’s already brought into his work at Rep-Air, where collaboration and communication are key.
When he’s not learning the ropes of HVAC, you’ll probably find him outdoors, exploring new places, or just driving around for fun. He’s the kind of person who’s always moving, curious, and eager to take on what’s next.
When asked what he thinks of the Rep-Air team so far, Gavin didn’t hesitate:
“Everyone’s been super welcoming and kind toward me. It’s been a really great environment to learn in, I can already tell everyone works hard but still keeps things fun.”
As for what he’s most excited to learn? Pretty much everything.
“I’m really looking forward to learning the service side of things and getting more hands-on experience,” he shared. “Honestly, it all interests me.”
We’re thrilled to have Gavin on board as he begins his journey in the trades, and we can already tell he’s going to go far. His energy, curiosity, and commitment to doing great work embody what the Rep-Air team is all about.
