Don't have the words to express how I feel about the service and the help and information I received from Trish, Justin and Colin and all the others that were involved in replacing my air-conditioning, furnace and installing a new heat pump as well as a hot water on demand system. It took several days but boy were they on the ball. And to top it all off they also hauled away all the old broken down stuff and cleaned up after themselves, BONUS! Thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart. Your sign is proudly displayed out front of my house and it will stay there until some unforseen mishap knocks it down.

Happy to rave about the fantastic service we recieved today. Very thorough, impressed by his explanation of services provided and to my surprise , took pictures along the way. Now I can show my husband that we didn't get scammed lol Colin is every heart a professional, felt like he belonged to the household. He put on shoe booties and did not leave a mess (contrary to the delivery guy who set up my washer n dryer this morning) I look forward seeing you guys next year. 2025- service, excellent per usual. Rep Air helped troubleshoot a complex fault with my AC system. The technicial (Sanjay) sourced replacement parts to fix the problem in record time. Very pleased with their services. Sanjay was awesome

Rep-air returned my call shortly after leaving a message and had me set up with an appointment very quickly. The technician that came (Colin R.) was very knowledgeable and had a lot of experience. He answered all my questions and was very personable. The customer service I received was unmatched. He went above and beyond. I will definitely be using Rep-air in the future.

Just had Colin fix our aircon on the hottest day.  I called and was so very lucky to get quick efficient service.   It’s 27 inside but we will be able to sleep later tonight. Thank you so much 😊 …

I just had a new Dual heating system installed by Rep-Air at my house. Justin, Colin, and Sumit did an amazing job from start to finish! They truly are a very professional and courteous team. Justin spent good amount of time walking me through my HVAC system  being new to a gas run system in an older home I found the information very good have .All around positive experience.

Recently had to replace my hot water tank and Colin from Rep Ar Heating and cooling showed up early and was so polite and explained each steps of what he was doing and why. Just got the ac furnace - July of 22.  Using it for the 3rd season. Their tech came to do the annual maintainence and says parts are rusted and something needs to be replaced already. Not too happy about this. It’s an American Standard
