We’re excited to officially welcome Marek Borucki, to the Rep-Air Heating & Cooling team as our new Director of Sales.
Marek joins us with a strong background in strategic sales leadership, customer engagement, and team building across the construction and mechanical industries. Reporting directly to VP Trish, he’ll be focused on expanding our impact across the Fraser Valley and beyond, with a clear mission:
- Rapid revenue growth and new market expansion
- Sales process development and performance tracking
- Building a dynamic and accountable sales team
- Creating sales tools and training systems that scale
- Leading marketing efforts to strengthen brand awareness
