Happy to rave about the fantastic service we recieved today. Very thorough, impressed by his explanation of services provided and to my surprise , took pictures along the way. Now I can show my husband that we didn't get scammed lol Colin is every heart a professional, felt like he belonged to the household. He put on shoe booties and did not leave a mess (contrary to the delivery guy who set up my washer n dryer this morning) I look forward seeing you guys next year. 2025- service, excellent per usual. Love Colin, please send him again next year!

Rep Air helped troubleshoot a complex fault with my AC system. The technicial (Sanjay) sourced replacement parts to fix the problem in record time. Very pleased with their services. Sanjay was awesome

Nicholas was awesome, super friendly knowledgeable and informative. He shared everything he did and found with our pool heater- complete with before and after photos of his work. Chantal in the office was efficient professional and courteous. Couldn’t fault whole experience from initial call to payment. Thoroughly recommend. They are customer service driven.

Recently had to replace my hot water tank and Colin from Rep Ar Heating and cooling showed up early and was so polite and explained each steps of what he was doing and why. He was very efficient and professional and would definitely be using their services again and I would highly recommend Colin and this company.

Don't have the words to express how I feel about the service and the help and information I received from Trish, Justin and Colin and all the others that were involved in replacing my air-conditioning, furnace and installing a new heat pump as well as a hot water on demand system. It took several days but boy were they on the ball. And to top it all off they also hauled away all the old broken down stuff and cleaned up after themselves, BONUS! Thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart. Your sign is proudly displayed out front of my house and it will stay there until some unforseen mishap knocks it down.
